mwsy's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WE screwed up the MRT system After school we went to do our MRT PW proj today. After school, Meryl had to go meet her tutoring buddy so we wasted 10 mins standing around like a moron. Ladedar. Then we all had to run all the way down the hill all the way to Maplewoods to catch the bus plus that was supposed to go to Newton MRT. But Ate lunch at the Burger King nearby Wheelock Place and while we were going crazy laughing at stuff about noses and joking about Linette's red nose, haha, when the light went off. It was really surreal and the emergency lights came on. Wierd. (: Then we went to Tanjong Pagar to meet my mom so I could collect money and then something happened after my mom left. Sit down. All seated nice and snug? Good. Now we all exited the gantry and went back in again except for Linette because she went out just now. The reason we went out was to avoid the time penalty which was $2 if you went over the time spent at the station (bet you didn't know that! :p) So anyways, Sharyl, Petrina and went through smoothly but Meryl, who wasn't familiar with the MRT system, she tried to enter through the gantry that was meant for exiting only. So Petrina tried to be helpful and while holding her wallet tapped on a gantry indicating to Meryl that she should enter there. Now you see, this gantry that pet tapped on, was a exit gantry and Meryl seeing the gantry open after she tapped her ez-link (on the wrong gantry) she went though. And then the sensors went off but Meryl didn't notice and the gantry was still open even after the went though because the sensors didn't detect anyone going out, only someone going in. So I asked Pet to go through and after she went out, we all got confused so we walked to the custormer service office and repeated the story again (or rather it was me repeating while laughing my head off, I don't think they picked up much). The guy came out. Said he was confused. I would have given a millon dollars to just know what he was thinking (Aiyoh... these stpid MGS girls, dunno how to use the gantry, shit lah, they screw up the entire system). Anyways, in the end the guy called Outram station, Pet got out there with some help and entered again. Then we crapped around. Went to Newton and tried to get my friggin' money back from Deecky but guess what? The idiot was at CLEMENTI at Ian's house. -_-" Went to coro. Finally got my poetry crap bined (or wadever you spell it) and bought 3 rubber roaches. Heh heh. Went home with Sharyl and took 156 home. We both dropped together and I crossed 6th Ave and shouted to Sharyl from the other side of the street till her bus came. Hahahaha. Shittttttttttt. Science test tomorrow.
