SCGS campfire
The SCGS campfire… wasn’t too bad I suppose, just wish MG was more enthu, I’ll come to that later…
After the call from Petrina, I remembered my watch and ran around the house looking for it, grrr… I remember it was on the black bench in the afternoon but I couldn’t find it, in the end I had to borrow my mom’s watch, it was so loose!
Then I checked if everything was in place, and suddenly I remembered my thermometer, shit. I had to run round the house looking for that too.
Finally, Petrina’s father came to fetch me to SCGS.
Hmm… I don’t feel like typing out one gigantic compo, so in point form, in the order they occurred (I think…) here they are…
• Took temperature, so dumb... Wonder why we had to do that.
• Had to go through the gateway, quite dumb, we just walked over this black cloth with coloured circles on it, wonder what that was for, haha, Petrina and I didn’t sign that guestbook thing, didn’t bother too.
• Wanted to sit down near the back, but then everyone was sitting there and Miss Ng wouldn’t let anyone sit in the last bench! Ended up sitting in the first bench, felt to weird, no one else was sitting there.
• Yo joined us and we stood up to watch the campfire be lit so sucky man, the stupid star wouldn’t light up! Muahaha… After it was lit, we san campfire’s burning and after being poked in the back and protests from Nicole, I had to like, bend my knees to let her see and some people laughed.
• Someone grabbed the MGS sign and started waving it, can’t remember who, soon after that, Chinese High copied us! Idiots.
• Ha to do this cheer to introduce ourselves, so sad! Not only were we next to that noisy Catholic High, we screwed up the cheer! So sad…
• Some dance done by the SCGS girls, it was kinda sucky, Yo said that they were done my the Sec 2s and 3s that was why it sucked, haha…
• MPSY joined us in front, and was using the MGS sign to fan herself! Haha…
• Some pass the parcel game thing, MG didn’t kana! Yay! Haha… Chinese High got it and they sang some stupid song as a forfeit, after that we passed it to Catholic High and they were tossing it among themselves! Are they insane or what? Finally about 2 of them grabbed the parcel and ran to toss it to the emcees, it ended up among the band I think. They had to do this chicken dance and they just ran around the campfire, so wackos form Catholic High joined them.
• The SCGS DDS (our LDDS) did some weird skit, I didn’t understand it, whatever.
• The Sec 4s did this dance, I think the dance did by our Sec 4s was way better. Much better, MG guides rawk. Those stupid Catholic High boys… some of them went out there to dance along with them and the others were cheering and blocking my view! So sickening man.
• Yo disappeared to the back and Maggot joined us, soon this 3Ms thing was started and Petrina was singing it, I strangled her. Muahahaha.
• Prizes, SJI got the most enthu school, if you asked me, I think Catholic High should have got it. MGS and the other schools got this weird, cage with 3 blue stars with some writings on them, valen attached it to her uniform, haha
• Campfire ended… got herded to the canteen, ended up not taking anything but banged into a couple of people when Petrina dragged me to get a drink then Yo made us stand in front her, wonder who she’s avoiding.
• Sat down alongside Yo after calling home, tired to get her to move next to Valencia but she wouldn’t budge and I didn’t want to leave her alone, so I just sat next to her.
• Petrina and I started fooling around with the echoing thing caused by the enclosed space and Yo went “I don’t know you guys” and left to join Sam, who was all alone after MPSY and Valencia left. Sigh, if only I knew doing that would drive Yo to sit there, I would have done it earlier!
Ended up sending Yo home, then afterwards we went for supper, my brother kept on wiping his hands on my sleeve, Yuks! So disgusting, and he kept on stealing my jelly, what a pig. Sigh, haha...
